Client Delivery Specialist

Location: Auburndale, Massachusetts, USA; in-person work three days a week or more with flexibility to work from home or remotely on other days

Salary: $24–$26 per hour, based on experience

What you will do

• Coordinate the delivery of contracted digital media products from inception through completion.
• Collect online creative materials from agencies and advertisers and ensure campaign deadlines are met.
• Build relationships with advertisers and provide support throughout campaign fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success Management, and Product Operations on campaign status, performance, and execution.
• Manage campaign changes, client expectations, proof of delivery, and manual reporting deliveries.
• Support revenue forecasting, revenue recognition, and month-end close activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, professional phone skills, and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, phone calls, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast decision-making, problem-solving, accurate data entry, and ability to work independently.
• Computer application literacy and a reliable, team-oriented approach.
• Sales and client management experience, preferably in the advertising or agency marketplace.

Nice to have

• Customer Service Representative or Sales Administrator experience.
