What you will do

• Design and deliver interactive workshops on resume writing, interview preparation, workplace etiquette, career planning, and employment retention.
• Create a supportive learning environment for W-2 participants and provide individualized feedback and coaching.
• Track attendance, engagement, progress, and employment-related outcomes.
• Collaborate with FEPs and employment services staff to align workshop content with participant needs.
• Maintain accurate participation records and update curriculum content based on workforce trends.
• Protect participant confidentiality and comply with applicable laws and program regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in workforce development, adult education, or career services.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual workshop platforms.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in human services, education, or a related field.
• Experience working with W-2 participants or similar populations.
• Familiarity with job-readiness curricula and employment resources.
• Bilingual Spanish or Hmong language skills.
