Front Office Supervisor (Hospitality)

Location: Berlin, Germany; onsite front desk role

What you will do

• Lead daily front desk operations and guide the team during shifts.
• Coach, support, motivate, and onboard Front Office Hosts.
• Welcome guests, handle requests, and create memorable stays.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments.
• Manage bookings, room availability, payments, and administrative tasks.
• Identify opportunities to upsell rooms, local experiences, and venue offerings.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a front office supervisor or in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and guest service.
• Confident communication, warmth, problem-solving ability, and a calm presence during busy periods.
• Ability to guide and motivate team members.
• Comfort with modern hotel systems and willingness to learn new tools.
• Fluent English and German are required.
