Demand Planner, EMEA

Location: Alicante, Spain; hybrid workplace with moderate regional and international travel

Salary: €39,000–€53,250 annually, payable in 12 instalments, plus an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Develop and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts across multiple levels and time horizons using o9 Solutions.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, demand trends, seasonality, and other influencing factors to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Category/Product Management, Marketing, Supply Planning, and Production.
• Integrate new product introductions, product discontinuations, and promotional activities into demand forecasts.
• Prepare and present demand insights during Demand Reviews and communicate forecast changes to Supply Planning.
• Support commercial-plan feasibility assessments and continuous improvement within the SIOP process.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, or Supply Chain.
• At least 3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a comparable analytical supply chain role.
• Fluent English required; an additional European language is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of SIOP and its components.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong critical-thinking, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with progressive forecasting software, ideally o9 Solutions, and Power BI.
• APICS certification or training.
• Ability to make independent decisions and build cross-functional consensus.
