Global Category Management Demand Planning Specialist (Retail)

What you will do

• Build and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term sales and demand forecasts by brand, category, and store.
• Translate forecasts into seasonal Open-to-Buy plans, stock targets, and replenishment plans.
• Analyze sales, margin, stock positions, weeks of supply, service levels, ageing stock, and forecast accuracy.
• Create dashboards and management reports for weekly trade meetings and monthly business reviews.
• Collaborate with Buying, Retail, Local Operations, and Finance on launches, seasonal demand, special projects, and store openings.
• Monitor stock risks and support replenishments, transfers, returns to vendors, markdowns, liquidations, and clearance plans.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in demand planning, merchandising planning, inventory planning, supply chain planning, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decisions.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is advantageous.
• Exposure to forecasting, inventory management, replenishment, or retail planning processes.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, or similar planning systems is a plus.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an asset.
