Supply Chain Officer (Temp Agency)

Location: Sevilla - Tablada, Spain. Hybrid working model with office attendance averaging 40% per quarter when possible.

What you will do

• Act as the operational focal point between suppliers and internal functions, including contract management.
• Manage supply chain and quality performance against on-time delivery, quality, and applicable cost targets.
• Coordinate supplier forecasts, capacity assessments, industrial risk mitigation, recovery plans, and containment actions.
• Support non-conformity management, inspection planning, root-cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead supplier performance improvement projects and contribute to supplier evaluations and development targets.
• Present supplier KPIs and operational status in cross-functional meetings and coordinate with customer-site teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Junior-level experience: 1–3 years.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
• Advanced English required.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and data analysis experience.
• Commitment to ethical and compliant working practices in line with the Airbus Code of Conduct.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP MM.
