Contract Management Specialist (Shockwave)

Salary: €43,600–€70,150 annual base pay

What you will do

• Administer and maintain customer and GPO agreements across Salesforce, Oracle, and related commercial systems.
• Maintain pricing integrity, contract compliance, membership alignment, consignment inventory data, and audit-ready records.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and analyses in Excel, Salesforce, Oracle, and Power BI for sales, leadership, Finance, Legal, and Commercial Operations.
• Support contract amendments, new agreements, terminations, product launches, strategic initiatives, and complex sales flows.
• Recommend process and automation improvements, define user requirements, support user acceptance testing, and train colleagues on system enhancements.
• Analyze and interpret contracts, identify compliance or legal risks, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, MBA, or 8+ years of directly related experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or another analytical function involving data reporting and analytics.
• Fluent English required; proficiency in another EU language is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Oracle, contract administration, contract support, and Salesforce administration.
• Ability to analyze and explain contracts, manage shifting priorities, work independently, and collaborate across functions.
• Medical device or life sciences experience is a plus.
