What you will do

• Target and evaluate new private equity investment opportunities.
• Assess potential investments through financial modeling, company research, and industry analysis.
• Work with operating teams on planning and completing due diligence.
• Prepare investment committee materials and transaction documents.
• Monitor and support the management of existing portfolio companies.
• Contribute to special projects and a collaborative, team-oriented working environment.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in principal investing, investment banking, or a relevant field.
• High proficiency in Excel and outstanding financial modeling skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Passion for business and investing.
• Professional, positive attitude and ability to contribute to a dynamic team.
