What you will do

• Process capital calls, distributions, and net activity allocations for private markets clients.
• Review client instructions for completeness and ensure compliance with fund governing documents.
• Record transactions in fund accounting systems like Investran or Yardi.
• Perform quality checks on allocation workings, notices, and supporting documentation.
• Escalate calculation variances, data issues, or SLA risks to management.
• Mentor junior team members and promote adherence to internal controls and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in private equity fund accounting or private markets operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of limited partnership agreements and investor-level allocation structures.
• Experience with fund administration platforms such as Investran, Yardi, or Appian.
