Human Capital Business Partner - Associate Director (Financial Services)

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $160,000–$205,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Support Human Capital Business Partners in executing priorities across analytics, culture and engagement, performance management, training, development, and employee relations.
• Build trusted relationships with managers and employees and advise on Human Capital matters.
• Analyze Human Capital data, identify trends, and develop insights for business and talent decisions.
• Create and maintain presentations and materials for town halls, talent reviews, analytics, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Support performance management and year-end compensation processes, including audits, analysis, and process management.
• Use and test internally developed Human Capital tools and provide structured feedback to the HC Tech & Data team.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of relevant experience in Human Capital, consulting, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with a record of academic achievement.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to create clear presentations.
• Advanced Excel knowledge, including calculations and automation for large data volumes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment with discretion, sound judgment, and clear escalation of issues.
