Production Operator

Location: Marlette, MI, USA; onsite manufacturing facility. Full-time role with second- or third-shift availability.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and monitor industrial presses to produce parts and components.
• Read work orders, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Perform quality checks and maintain accurate production and material records.
• Carry out basic press maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Follow safety procedures, maintain an organized work area, and report malfunctions.
• Collaborate with production colleagues to meet output goals and deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating industrial presses and related equipment; previous press operator experience is preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to perform routine maintenance.
• Ability to interpret work orders, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
