Maintenance Supervisor (Automotive Manufacturing)

Location: Three Rivers, Michigan, United States; onsite, 3rd shift

What you will do

• Supervise maintenance and maintenance-support employees during the third shift.
• Direct the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical production equipment.
• Assign, schedule, train, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Coordinate maintenance of production equipment and allocate resources across shift operations.
• Monitor technical process control, quality process control, productivity, and safety standards.
• Document maintenance services and resolve operational and maintenance problems.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a unionized environment.
• Prior industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams and coordinating shift operations.
• Ability to work onsite at the Three Rivers manufacturing facility on the third shift.
