Production Operators - Swing Shift (Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing)

Location: Forest Grove, Oregon, United States; on-site swing-shift production work.

Manufactures printed circuit boards, RF components, microelectronic assemblies, and mission systems for technology customers.

What you will do

• Set up and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters.
• Operate production equipment and meet output targets and time-sensitive production requirements.
• Read blueprints, customer standards, engineering notes, and shop control documents to produce precisely designed products.
• Follow dispatch instructions and adjust schedules for hot orders and customer requirements.
• Apply safety, quality, and process requirements while collaborating in a team environment.

Requirements

• English: ability to read, write, and communicate in English is required for instructions, blueprints, and engineering documentation.
• Ability to perform detailed work and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand throughout the shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ITAR and export-control compliance is required; access to restricted ITAR products and technical data is limited to US Citizens and US Permanent Residents.

Nice to have

• Experience in process or printed circuit board manufacturing.
• Knowledge of circuit board terminology.
• Experience with CNC machinery, measurement tools, inspection tools, scopes, calipers, or gauges.
• Knowledge of Lean Principles or continuous improvement.
