Senior Corporate Financial Systems Analyst (ERP)

Location: Hybrid position in the United States; candidates must live within 50 miles of a campus location and work onsite several times per week. Desired locations include Memphis, Tennessee; Plano, Texas; and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Salary: $6,511.62–$10,744.16 for Memphis, Tennessee, and $6,854.33–$11,309.65 for Plano, Texas, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise back-office financial systems supporting finance, payroll, accounting, reporting, and human resources.
• Lead project teams, develop project plans, and maintain project budgets.
• Conduct technical research and document business requirements for enterprise applications, systems, and databases.
• Communicate governance and support policies to management and prepare executive-level communications.
• Monitor system controls, identify process improvements, and communicate recommendations.
• Mentor less senior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, accounting, information technology, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in financial systems analysis, planning, accounting, audit, or operational analysis.
• Strong analytical, quantitative problem-solving, troubleshooting, organizational, time-management, planning, and project-management skills.
• Experience with business software, multidimensional databases, web technologies, and scripting languages in a business environment.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work at a U.S. hirify.global campus several times per week and live within 50 miles of the selected campus.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle or SAP, including P2P, R2R, tax, and period-end accounting close.
• Familiarity with API, REST, SOA, FTP, and EDI integration tools and processes.
• Understanding of governance, compliance standards, and audit-readiness requirements.
• Experience evaluating customization, integration complexity, release cycles, and system-standardization trade-offs.
