Operations Systems Analyst

What you will do

• Lead FS Tooling Operations systems and digital initiatives, including implementations, enhancements, technical support, and enterprise business solutions.
• Develop and optimize data architecture, operational systems, KPI frameworks, performance reporting, databases, and analytics.
• Analyze operational processes, systems, and equipment through feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, discrepancy investigations, and business impact assessments.
• Partner with operations teams, product lines, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve procedures, resolve technical issues, and support systems initiatives.
• Use data-driven insights to improve warehouse, field service, and tooling operations, increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing while supporting employee development, special projects, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems, ERP platforms, supply chain operations, and SAP.
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying, including subqueries, query optimization, indexing, pivoting, and data analysis.
• Advanced experience with Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar analytics and visualization tools.
• Expert Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, complex formulas, data modeling, and macro development; VBA experience is highly preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
