Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year, adjusted based on experience, training, geographic location, licensure, certifications, market factors, budget, and responsibility.

What you will do

• Teach classroom, online, and clinical courses in the Physician Assistant Studies program.
• Contribute to didactic and clinical curriculum planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate courses or work as a team instructor across autonomous and shared teaching responsibilities.
• Advise, counsel, mentor, and provide remediation support and feedback to students.
• Manage and evaluate data related to student performance, faculty evaluations, and national examination results.
• Support program development, admissions, academic policy review, professional engagement, and continuous program improvement.

Requirements

• Related master's degree or higher.
• Two years of full-time teaching experience or three years of clinical experience as a physician assistant.
• NCCPA-certified physician assistant with current regulatory and practice credentials appropriate to the assignment.
• Experience and preparation to teach assigned courses.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and prudent judgment.
• Compliance with the Faculty Handbook and, where applicable, clinical faculty compliance requirements.
