AI Strategist

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with at least two days per week in the office. Willingness to travel is required.

What you will do

• Advise C-suite and senior executives on AI strategy, business challenges, and technology-enabled transformation.
• Identify and prioritise high-impact AI use cases, estimate ROI, and assess feasibility and strategic value.
• Design AI implementation roadmaps covering milestones, resources, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead large transformation programmes and multidisciplinary client teams of approximately 3–10 consultants.
• Present recommendations to client leadership and support implementation with client teams.
• Lead commercial and technical due diligence of AI target companies and contribute to business development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, preferably in engineering, science, technology, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is advantageous.
• 8+ years of post-university experience in technology and strategy across professional services, blue-chip, industry, or startup environments.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience in top-tier strategy consulting or senior managerial experience in IT consulting.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities combined with a passion for technology.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid arrangement from the London office.
