Senior Consultant in Energy, Resources & Industrials

Location: Luxembourg; flexible work from home, client sites, or the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Lead consulting projects, design and deliver key client outputs, and adapt concepts to specific client needs.
• Build relationships with middle and top management and facilitate workshops and seminars.
• Coach new hires and junior consultants and provide structured mentoring and feedback.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, commercial meetings, sectoral and service working groups, and written publications.
• Lead internal projects and develop expertise in energy, data, and AI-related topics.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD.
• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, communication, flexibility, and entrepreneurial skills.
• Excellent English and Dutch, both spoken and written, are required.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics and a passion for the energy sector.

Nice to have

• Fluent German.
