Quality Co-Op (Manufacturing)

Location: Billerica, Massachusetts, United States; on-site, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Salary: $20-$30 per hour, depending on overall qualifications.

What you will do

• Support quality engineering activities with factory, product, supply chain, and quality teams.
• Assist with data analysis, problem-solving investigations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Support change management, product support, quality documentation, and record maintenance.
• Prepare reports and track key quality metrics.
• Participate in customer and internal audit activities as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business and customer objectives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in engineering, quality, manufacturing, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related technical field.
• Available to work 40 hours per week from January through June and familiar with university co-op participation requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must not require hirify.global immigration sponsorship now or in the future, including H-1B, TN, or STEM OPT sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with statistical analysis, quality tools, or data visualization.
• Interest in quality systems, manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, and customer-focused problem-solving.
