Focus on investigating quality issues, working with suppliers and engineering teams, and contributing to small improvement projects during a six-month on-site co-op.
Location: Gloucester, Massachusetts, United States; approximately six months on-site
Salary: $31–$33 per hour

What you will do
- Support the processing of defective material within the Quality Group.
- Learn and use the SAP integrated business system.
- Visit local suppliers with the Quality team.
- Participate in cross-functional problem-solving activities.
- Collaborate with engineering groups and contribute to small projects.
- Potentially tour a semiconductor fab if time permits.
Requirements
- Must be a student pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Must be in good academic standing at the university.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Curiosity, organization, and a willingness to ask questions.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
