Senior Launch Integration Technician (Aerospace)

Location: On-site in Cape Canaveral, Florida, United States

Salary: $33.20–$49.80 per hour

Develops Terran R rockets and launch systems for delivering customer payloads to orbit.

What you will do

• Execute complex vehicle integration and pre-launch operations on flight hardware.
• Perform system-level assembly, checkout, rework, and troubleshooting across structures, fluids, and avionics systems.
• Support Stage 1, Stage 2, and payload integration activities.
• Resolve off-nominal conditions, verify hardware configuration, and maintain configuration integrity.
• Provide floor leadership, mentor junior technicians, and coordinate with Engineering, Launch Operations, and Quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of aerospace mechanical experience or experience in a related technical field.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment handling flight hardware and performing critical operations.
• Experience with fastener installation, torque applications, secondary retention methods, and mechanical and systems testing.
• Familiarity with avionics.
• Successful candidates must clear a US government-administered background check for on-site work at a government partner location.
