Ductless Technical Specialist (HVAC/VRF)

Location: King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania, United States; on-site five days per week. The role requires daily travel throughout the assigned territory and occasional overnight travel.

Annual salary: $78,406.66–$109,479.99.

What you will do

• Support post-sales product success for VRF and ductless systems, including startup, commissioning, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct field training and provide technical product and sales training for customers and area office personnel.
• Investigate customer concerns, recommend corrective actions, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Build consultative relationships with owners, contractors, sales personnel, and internal stakeholders.
• Administer the ductless warranty process and coordinate post-sales activities.
• Prepare submittals, support equipment selections, communicate project status, and provide detailed reports.

Requirements

• At least five years of HVAC installation, service, or troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot VRF and ductless products; VRF experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other construction systems is preferred.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel daily throughout the assigned territory, including overnight travel when required.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations or preventable collisions in the previous three years.

• Experience with VRF systems.
• Knowledge of broader construction systems.
• Certification as a technical trainer.
