What you will do

• Lead sales, service, and operations across a district of branches.
• Drive daily sales activity, customer acquisition, referrals, and relationship deepening.
• Coach colleagues and managers on sales, service, operations, products, technology, and policies.
• Oversee business and sales plans, pipeline management, onboarding, mentoring, and performance targets.
• Build internal partnerships and community relationships while supporting market growth.
• Manage recruitment, staffing, resource allocation, and customer issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of retail banking experience in branch management or a similar role.
• Background checks and fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Experience in banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, coaching, and colleague development.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, problem-solving, multitasking, and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced proficiency with mobile and online banking services is preferred.
