Medicaid Provider Materials Lead (Medicaid)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; must work hours within the Eastern Standard Time Zone. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $104,000–$143,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Create and update provider educational materials for new Medicaid contract implementations.
• Draft provider content based on contracts, policies, and processes across business areas.
• Maintain documentation in response to state, market, and operational changes.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver provider educational resources that meet state contract requirements.
• Lead annual reviews of provider manuals, orientation materials, and training content, including resources for behavioral health and long-term care providers.
• Submit required documents to state agencies and align training resources with Medicaid market needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience creating provider content, educational materials, or training resources.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of Medicaid or compliance experience.
• Understanding of learning design principles for provider training and educational materials.
• Experience building templates, standard documentation, policies, and procedures.

Nice to have

• Experience with Medicaid policies or Medicaid health plan operations, including provider relations, claims submission and payment, utilization management, behavioral health processes, or dispute resolution.
