Master Scheduler (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Franklin, New Hampshire, Monday through Friday. Work includes regular presence on the manufacturing floor and use of personal protective equipment.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and execute master production schedules aligned with customer demand, operational capacity, inventory objectives, and business goals.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Materials, Supply Chain, and leadership teams in the S&OP process.
• Create short- and long-range planning strategies using demand trends, forecasts, capacity analysis, and inventory data.
• Supervise 6–10 production planning associates, provide coaching, establish KPIs, and support succession planning and professional development.
• Provide SAP Super User support and communicate schedules, capacity constraints, inventory risks, labor risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on material flow, inventory optimization, schedule adherence, waste reduction, and root-cause problem solving.

Requirements

• 10+ years of planning and/or master scheduling experience.
• High proficiency with SAP and Power BI or a similar analytical platform.
• Ability to analyze operational data and develop planning strategies supporting business objectives.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to comply with applicable laws, regulations, safety practices, background checks, pre-employment testing, and employment eligibility requirements.
• Ability to work onsite at the Franklin, NH manufacturing facility Monday through Friday.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Lean training and Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with S&OP or similar business planning processes.
• Previous team leadership experience.
