Load Planning Manager - Generator or Steam Turbine

What you will do

• Lead demand planning and forecasting, improving forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate mid- and long-term planning, slot allocation, and prioritization with internal factories.
• Develop scenario plans to ensure projects can be served with available capacity.
• Lead inventory planning for major components, including risk-stock planning and annual inventory budgeting.
• Communicate production capacity, capabilities, and lead times to internal customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, engineering, factories, and supply teams to improve customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in power generation or a similar industry.
• Product knowledge of generators or steam turbines.
• Experience with production planning, forecasting, customer service, planning systems, and materials-management integration.
• Expertise in planning methodologies, planning data across different systems, and project management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Proficient spoken and written English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS Office, SAP, Salesforce, Tableau, or Mendix.
• Strong interpersonal, logical, analytical, and decision-making skills.
