Distribution Center Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: On-site at the Sparks, Nevada distribution facility, Monday–Friday, with regular warehouse-floor presence and occasional weekend support.

What you will do

• Lead full-site operations covering receiving, put-away, inventory management, order fulfillment, safety, and quality.
• Own KPIs for safety, service, cost, quality, productivity, and operational performance.
• Optimize facility utilization, workflows, labor efficiency, budgets, and operating costs.
• Implement Lean Distribution practices, including 5S, standard work, tiered daily management, root cause analysis, corrective actions, poka-yoke, and Kaizen events.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team across the distribution center’s operating functions.
• Partner with Planning, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Sales to align demand, capacity, and service expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in distribution warehousing.
• Experience leading large teams and influencing stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Demonstrated success implementing Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; the role requires regular presence on the warehouse floor and appropriate personal protective equipment.

Nice to have

• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP HANA.
