Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Location: On-site in Franklin, NH, United States. Travel is less than 25%.

What you will do

• Supervise second-shift operations and approximately 30 hourly employees to meet production, delivery, productivity, and quality goals.
• Manage production and material handling while organizing workflow and improving resource utilization.
• Lead daily Gemba walks and KPI board reviews to identify performance and continuous-improvement opportunities.
• Review production and operating reports and resolve operational, maintenance, process, and quality issues.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles, root-cause problem-solving, and voice-of-customer feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and other operations colleagues on facility planning, capital planning, and manufacturing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years of experience or equivalent education and work experience may substitute.
• Demonstrated experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles and strong knowledge of manufacturing operating systems.
• Advanced decision-making experience and supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively, engage team members, and adapt to changing priorities and stressful conditions.
• Commitment to safety, punctuality, attendance standards, applicable regulations, and PPE requirements.
• Must successfully establish employment eligibility and complete background checks and required pre-employment testing.
