Wet Lab Supervisor (PCB Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Supervise and prioritize daily work for Building 2 Wet Lab personnel.
• Ensure chemical analyses, titrations, additions, and testing are completed at required frequencies.
• Review laboratory results, SPC data, and chemical trends to identify process shifts and abnormal variation.
• Coordinate with Process Engineering and Operations on control limits, process changes, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain current procedures, specifications, documentation, equipment calibration, and shift-to-shift communication.
• Train Wet Lab Technicians in analytical methods, chemical handling, documentation, and result interpretation.

Requirements

• Understanding of chemistry and chemical analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of SPC, process control, and basic root cause analysis.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, prioritization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work safely with acids, caustics, and other chemicals used in PCB manufacturing.
• Previous wet lab, chemical processing, or PCB manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
• Must comply with US export control requirements; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US Citizens and US Permanent Residents.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related technical field.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• PCB manufacturing and/or chemistry experience.
