Manager III, Operations Management (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Billerica, Massachusetts, United States; onsite, second shift. Relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $84,000–$115,500 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Lead, supervise, motivate, train, and develop production employees.
• Assign work, set priorities, and coordinate daily production crossovers, build issues, and testing issues.
• Prioritize production schedules based on staffing, equipment efficiency, capacity, and material requirements.
• Lead operational and milestone meetings while tracking performance metrics and cycle-time improvements.
• Resolve operations issues affecting customer satisfaction and coordinate customer and vendor requirements.
• Optimize production capacity and drive process, Lean, safety, and quality improvements.

Requirements

• Experience analyzing operational data and relevant manufacturing factors.
• Ability to provide direction under established policies and manage subordinate employees.
• Judgment to determine appropriate actions within defined procedures and policies.
• Ability to communicate technical information, conduct presentations, and gain cooperation from others.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach, lift, work in tight spaces, distinguish colors, and work around noise.
• Ability to work in a clean room and use required personal protective equipment and hand or power tools.
