Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Blanchester, Ohio, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

What you will do

• Manage production operations across multiple departments and shifts.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop production employees while maintaining accountability and conducting performance reviews.
• Manage department costs, profitability, inventory, records, and operational reports.
• Lead continuous improvement, quality, and safety initiatives, including 5S, TPM, machine audits, and LOTO practices.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff on machinery, preventive maintenance, training, and standard work instructions.
• Support hazardous material handling activities when assigned to the Treating Department and operate a forklift when needed.

Requirements

• Post-high-school education.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience and 1–3 years of people-management experience.
• Strong communication, organization, agenda-setting, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of production quality programs, quality troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, machinery, and standard work instructions.
• Training in machine audits, LOTO, safety improvements, and employee safety practices.
• Successful completion of the forklift driver licensing process.
