Production Supervisor - Night Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Abbeville, South Carolina, United States; night-shift, on-site production role.

What you will do

• Communicate and administer company policies and procedures while leading by example.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant production environment.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and coordinate with logistics, maintenance, and other groups.
• Resolve shop-floor conflicts and guide, mentor, and lead production associates.
• Maintain time and production records and use operational data, KPIs, and reporting tools to support decisions.
• Drive quality improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience and 1–3 years of supervisory experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, manufacturing systems, and basic data entry.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, follow written work instructions, and use measuring equipment such as OD tapes, calipers, and micrometers.
• Hazardous Waste Training and First Responders Training required.
• Ability to stand for 8–12 hours on concrete floors; safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection are required in designated areas.

Nice to have

• Associate's degree in business, engineering technology, manufacturing technology, industrial technology, machine tool technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Lean manufacturing exposure.
