Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift (Automotive Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Oversee plant maintenance activities and direct the maintenance department.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, allocate tasks, and adjust staffing to meet operational needs.
• Analyze downtime and recurring issues, identify root causes, and implement countermeasures.
• Administer equipment asset care and planned preventive maintenance processes.
• Manage maintenance budgets, expenses, cost estimates, bids, contractors, and spare-parts inventory.
• Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance personnel, including training on production-line robot operation.

Requirements

• Associate degree or technical certificate in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two to four years of maintenance experience in an automotive manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience working with 2D and 3D CAD or CAM software.
• Ability to support safety, quality, delivery, cost, Kaizen, 5S, and lean manufacturing activities.
• Ability to work on-site in Fayetteville, Tennessee, during the 3rd shift.
