PM - Market Adoption (Identity Security)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $122,200–$206,028 USD per year for US-based employees. The role may also include a corporate bonus or role-specific commission and potential equity participation.

What you will do

• Lead strategic projects and programs within the Product organization, reporting to the VP of Market Adoption Product Management.
• Develop product strategy for analyst briefings in partnership with Marketing and create compelling narratives for market-facing engagements.
• Prepare Customer Advisory Board meetings, executive briefings, customer meetings, and industry event presentations.
• Translate the technical product roadmap into clear value propositions for customers, analysts, and broader market audiences.
• Synthesize analyst feedback and market trends into actionable insights for the CPO and Product Management organization.
• Establish repeatable processes for gathering and distributing market feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst at a top-tier management consulting firm supporting technology or software clients, or 3–6 years in business operations, outbound product management, product marketing, corporate strategy, Chief of Staff, customer-facing, or analyst-relations roles.
• Experience in the enterprise, security, or AI software industry.
• Proven ability to lead high-visibility executive programs and strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions for diverse audiences.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders ranging from technical teams to C-level executives.
