What you will do
- Own the strategic direction, development, operational performance, and P&L of the Remote Gaming System.
- Define and execute a roadmap focused on scalability, cost effectiveness, security, innovation, uptime, and performance.
- Lead distribution of games across new and existing regulated markets and customers.
- Collaborate with technology and game development teams to improve integrations, system robustness, and gameplay performance.
- Oversee third-party integrations and ensure reliable connectivity.
- Lead and resource a high-performing multifunctional RGS team.
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience managing an RGS or similar gaming system.
- Deep understanding of iGaming technology, regulations, and architecture.
- Proven project management experience delivering complex projects.
- Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment.
