Senior Engineering Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote (Global), fully remote

What you will do

• Manage and support multiple engineering teams and Team Leads.
• Improve delivery processes, team performance, planning, communication, and engineering effectiveness.
• Scale engineering processes, organizational structures, and operational practices.
• Support architectural discussions and long-term technical strategy.
• Mentor engineers and engineering leaders while contributing to engineering culture and organizational growth.

Requirements

• Strong engineering management experience leading multiple teams or Team Leads.
• Previous software engineering experience, preferably in backend or full-stack development.
• Experience scaling teams, processes, and engineering organizations in product companies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and independent initiative skills.
• English at C1 level required.
