Workspace Experience Lead

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom, with regular travel to the Manchester Warehouse and monthly travel to London and other regional sites.

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for premises and workspace queries, resolving requests in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee front-of-house operations, meeting room standards, post handling, and day-to-day workspace support.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, supplier call-outs, and logistics for on-site events.
• Cover reception, welcome visitors, and ensure NDA processes are followed.
• Support space planning, small works and moves, floor plan and signage updates, and on-site branding installations.
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate operational updates across the Workspace team.

Requirements

• Strong written and face-to-face communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines across sites and systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proactive approach to identifying issues, improving processes, and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Regular travel to the Manchester Warehouse and monthly travel to London and other regional sites is required.
