Senior Director, Strategic Growth Initiatives & Transformation (AI)

Location: Global enterprise role with moderate domestic and international travel required.

What you will do

• Lead high-priority global growth and transformation initiatives from business case through implementation, adoption and scale.
• Develop programmes covering geographic expansion, market entry, new channels, direct-to-consumer growth and social commerce.
• Identify, implement and scale AI-enabled solutions that improve performance, productivity and decision-making.
• Align executive leaders and cross-functional teams across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, Data, Finance and Customer Experience.
• Establish programme governance, dashboards, performance metrics and corrective actions tied to measurable business outcomes.
• Design repeatable playbooks and operating-model improvements that support sustainable growth and transformation.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in strategy execution, transformation, business operations, management consulting, programme leadership or commercial strategy.
• Proven experience leading complex enterprise-wide initiatives with measurable commercial or operational outcomes.
• Experience with growth initiatives, market expansion, channel development, commercial transformation or new business models.
• Demonstrable experience leading AI-enabled or technology-enabled transformation and applying AI to business problems.
• Strong change management, executive communication, commercial acumen and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
