Senior AI Implementation Program Manager\ Product Manager

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina; Ballantyne preferred, CIC secondary.

hirify.global is engaging a senior consultant to support enterprise AI implementation and digital transformation initiatives.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI, Agentic AI, automation, and enterprise technology solutions through production stabilization.
• Manage project plans, deployment roadmaps, governance forums, risks, dependencies, schedules, and executive reporting.
• Drive rollout, onboarding, training, change management, operational readiness, UAT, release validation, and hypercare.
• Identify automation and transformation opportunities through process discovery, workflow analysis, and current-state assessments.
• Establish Human-in-the-Loop governance, including review workflows, exception handling, quality controls, and operational frameworks.
• Define and report adoption, productivity, operational performance, process efficiency, and business value KPIs through dashboards and scorecards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technology implementation, business execution, project or program management, consulting, operations transformation, product deployment, or strategic planning.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale technology, AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with stakeholder management, project planning, governance, executive communications, onboarding, training, and change management.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in the Charlotte, North Carolina area; Ballantyne is preferred and CIC is secondary.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, workflow automation, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI orchestration, or enterprise AI adoption.
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, vector embeddings, semantic search, knowledge retrieval, document ingestion pipelines, and enterprise content indexing.
• Experience with process discovery, workflow mining, task mining, business process intelligence, Epiplex, Zenerate, or digital adoption platforms.
• Banking operations, operational excellence, or business process transformation experience.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification.
