Director, Product Strategy & Transformation (AI)

Location: Remote from any country where hirify.global has an office; approximately 35% travel is required, and onsite interviews may be required at a hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Partner with senior product, engineering, design and business leaders to connect product decisions with customer and business outcomes.
• Define, pilot and scale the Agentic Product Development Lifecycle and AI-enabled product development capabilities.
• Lead lighthouse engagements across product strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch and measurement.
• Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers, build trust and implement practical change.
• Coach product leaders and improve operating models, portfolio practices, governance and metrics.
• Convert effective practices into reusable tools, learning experiences and enterprise standards, while measuring their impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on product management or product leadership experience in B2B software, SaaS or technology companies.
• Experience owning strategy and outcomes for a substantial product, platform or portfolio from customer discovery through delivery and measurement.
• Track record of leading cross-functional product, engineering and design teams to meaningful customer and business outcomes.
• Strong product craft across discovery, strategy, experimentation, prioritization, roadmaps, launch and measurement.
• Recent hands-on experience building AI-enabled or agentic products or transforming product development workflows through AI.
• Ability to influence product direction, operating models and organizational effectiveness without relying on formal authority.
