Staff Product Manager - ERP (f/m/d)

Location: Remote-first with occasional on-site days, mainly at the office in Hürth, NRW, Germany, for workshops, planning, and team days.

What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for a significant ERP area focused on the ERP Cloud transformation and its interfaces with hirify.global-Wawi.
• Solve complex, cross-team product problems spanning platform capabilities and multiple product teams.
• Drive prioritization, manage dependencies, and maintain a credible roadmap for senior stakeholders.
• Set a high standard for evidence-based discovery, customer insight, experimentation, and evaluation.
• Own competitive positioning, adoption, retention, revenue, launch readiness, and go-to-market outcomes.
• Partner with engineering on problem framing, technical risk, and team-level architecture decisions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or complex product environments.
• Experience owning large product areas end to end as a senior individual contributor and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience shipping a major platform shift or migration, ideally from desktop or on-premise software to cloud/SaaS.
• Strong prioritization, stakeholder management, outcome orientation, data literacy, and experience with KPI trees, adoption, and retention goals.
• Hands-on experience using AI in product work and setting standards for AI-enabled product practices.
• English is the internal working language; German is a strong plus for working with deeply German merchant workflows.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in ERP, commerce operations, or workflow-heavy B2B software covering orders, invoicing, stock, or fulfillment.
• German language skills.
