Senior AI Product Manager (AI)

Location: Porto, Portugal; possibility of working from home is offered.

What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Develop AI product roadmaps, delivery plans, product visions, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Build business cases and value realization frameworks for AI investments.
• Translate business requirements into actionable product and technical requirements while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Work with AI Architects, AI Engineers, vendors, and business teams to prioritize backlogs and deliver features.
• Monitor adoption, performance, benefits realization, governance, security, regulatory compliance, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, digital product, technology delivery, data, analytics, or transformation.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering AI, machine learning, generative AI, automation, or advanced analytics solutions.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs and working with external technology partners and vendors.
• Experience developing business cases, roadmaps, and value realization metrics.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, computer science, engineering, data science, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Product management certification such as Pragmatic, AIPMM, or SAFe Product Manager.
• AI, data science, analytics, or cloud certifications.
