Principal Product Manager

What you will do

• Translate company and business strategy into product strategy, vision, priorities, and direction.
• Own a significant product area across discovery, definition, development, launch, and iteration.
• Research customer workflows and problems, using conversations, demonstrations, feedback, and usage insights to guide decisions.
• Balance customer needs, commercial opportunities, strategic priorities, technical constraints, and delivery capacity.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Customer Experience, and other stakeholders to deliver and adopt new capabilities.
• Improve product practices, decision-making, standards, and ways of working across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience operating at Principal Product Manager level with end-to-end ownership of product strategy and direction.
• Strong product leadership, strategic ownership, customer discovery, and problem-framing skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional product development environments from discovery through delivery and launch.
• Ability to understand technical feasibility and constraints without needing to be an engineer.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information, manage ambiguity, identify trade-offs, and operate autonomously.
• Experience with complex workflows, enterprise customers, or operationally critical products is beneficial.
