TL;DR

What you will do
- Own monthly closing activities for one or more management company entities, including journal entries, accruals, corporate expenses, and centralized payroll items.
- Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve open items with supporting documentation.
- Perform complex intercompany reconciliations and manage recharges for shared services, management fees, loans, and interest.
- Prepare and review VAT returns, support compliance with local tax authorities, and participate in monthly P&L reviews.
- Prepare audit deliverables and work with external auditors during hard close and year-end.
- Improve finance processes, workflows, internal controls, allocation files, systems, and reporting.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial control, ideally in corporate or management company accounting.
- Experience in the finance department of a large multinational organization.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS, VAT, and intercompany processes.
- Strong Excel, documentation, organization, and deadline-management skills; ERP experience is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills required. Dutch or Spanish is an advantage.

- Experience with NetSuite.
- Knowledge of Dutch or Spanish.
