Group Accountant – Consolidation & IFRS Specialist

Location: Vienna, Austria; onsite at the international headquarters in Vienna's 1st district

Salary: €5,500 gross/month starting salary on a full-time all-in contract, with potential overpayment based on qualifications and individual agreement.

What you will do

• Prepare quarterly and annual IFRS financial statements for 93 group entities across 15 countries.
• Serve as the first point of contact for auditors and tax advisors on group accounting matters.
• Advise group entities on IFRS accounting matters.
• Support year-end audits and the group consolidation process.
• Participate in national and international accounting projects.
• Optimize and further develop group-wide reporting processes through automation and digitalization.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role within an international environment.
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS; VAT knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong MS Office skills and ERP experience.
• Structured working style, hands-on approach, strong communication skills, flexibility, and a performance-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German or Turkish is an advantage.
• A valid work permit for Austria is required.
