Intelligence Platform - Senior Specialist - Product Management (Fintech)

Location: Philadelphia or Denver, United States; hybrid work with a minimum of three days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Identify and evaluate business opportunities leveraging the Intelligence Platform, customer insights, market trends, and internal business needs.
• Conduct customer and prospect interviews to understand pain points, workflows, and unmet needs.
• Translate feedback into hypotheses, experiments, success metrics, and product validation plans.
• Build lightweight prototypes and proof-of-concepts using modern AI-assisted development tools.
• Demonstrate concepts, collect feedback, analyze results, and document findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, pre-sales, and client stakeholders on pricing, packaging, go-to-market, roadmap planning, and scalable solution delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, product strategy, innovation, fintech, capital markets, enterprise software, data products, or a related field.
• Ability to assess market opportunities, conduct customer discovery, synthesize insights, and translate needs into product concepts.
• Experience working in ambiguous environments, structuring complex problems, and using data and evidence to support decisions.
• Familiarity with prototyping, experimentation, and validating concepts through customer feedback.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot, plus the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in product management, innovation, strategy, fintech, or technology.
• Experience with data platforms, AI-enabled products, market intelligence, or capital markets technology.
• Basic coding or prototyping experience with modern development tools and frameworks.
