Senior Product Manager - Createspace, USA Based

Location: Remote — USA

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 USD annual base salary

What you will do

• Own the success of Creator product features from product alignment and requirements through market delivery, post-release management, and end of life.
• Develop and maintain product and feature roadmaps with engineering, design, leadership, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams.
• Lead customer discovery and empathy sessions, gather market input, and maintain a data-driven product backlog.
• Translate product vision, organizational strategy, business needs, and user workflows into requirements and success criteria.
• Lead agile product development, release readiness, feasibility analysis, business cases, and build-buy-partner evaluations.
• Represent product thought leadership at industry events and advocate for product innovation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software product management.
• Strong business and technical skills with experience in product planning, market research, competitive analysis, positioning, enablement, evangelism, and product marketing.
• Experience creating product strategies, visions, roadmaps, prioritized thin slices, and go-to-market plans.
• Ability to collaborate with development, design, leadership, executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using data to define and measure business outcomes.
• Acumen with artificial intelligence tools.
