Senior Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote, with the option to work from home, in the office, or elsewhere.

What you will do

• Design and develop enterprise-grade AI-powered software solutions.
• Shape project architecture, technical direction, and key engineering decisions.
• Build solutions across backend systems, databases, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps.
• Integrate AI capabilities, including modern AI application patterns, into robust production software.
• Work directly with clients to understand needs, explain trade-offs, provide guidance, and challenge assumptions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and suitable for enterprise environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• Significant professional experience as a Software Engineer with strong technical depth and expert-level proficiency in .NET or Python.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system-level design.
• Experience with databases, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and the full software lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of frontend development; React experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English, strong communication skills, independent ownership, and the ability to work directly with clients.

Nice to have

• Experience building and operating AI-powered solutions in production, especially for enterprise environments.
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, AI integrations, or other modern AI application patterns.
• Experience designing cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Java, Node, React, modern frontend development, consulting, or client-facing engineering.
