Business License Managed Services Director (AI)

What you will do

• Own the interpretation of multi-jurisdictional business licensing requirements and define compliance standards within the managed services model.
• Serve as the executive-level compliance authority for complex License Managed Services engagements, supporting deal confidence and conversion.
• Identify automation opportunities, standardize high-volume scenarios, and reduce work that does not require human judgment.
• Influence product roadmaps and automation investments through regulatory expertise and data-backed risk analysis.
• Apply AI to regulatory change analysis, compliance risk detection, jurisdictional research, due diligence, and scenario modeling.
• Establish measurable improvements in service scope clarity, operational efficiency, risk management, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Tax, Finance, Accounting, or a related technical or regulatory discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in business licensing, regulatory compliance, managed services, or enterprise advisory roles.
• Deep hands-on expertise interpreting complex multi-jurisdictional licensing requirements.
• Experience influencing service design, product direction, or go-to-market strategy through subject matter expertise.
• Senior individual-contributor experience with strong executive presence, ownership, and judgment.
• Applied AI experience with measurable impact on efficiency, revenue, customer experience, or risk reduction.
