Tire and Battery Center Team Leader (Automotive)

Location: Onsite at 4001 Gateway Dr, Eau Claire, Wisconsin, United States

Salary: $22.00–$30.00 per hour, with possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.

What you will do

• Supervise the Tire and Battery Center team and coordinate daily service operations.
• Set department goals, service expectations, safety procedures, and operating standards.
• Maintain expertise in tire and battery services, TPMS, recalls, product specifications, equipment, and compliance requirements.
• Train associates on services, products, technologies, digital tools, and required learning programs.
• Manage inventory, equipment, supplies, returns, special orders, transactions, staffing, and scheduling.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while supporting member service and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Must work onsite at the Eau Claire, Wisconsin location.
• At least six months of supervisory experience or six months of automotive industry experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must successfully complete required training and assessments within the prescribed time period.
• Ability to follow safety, compliance, ethics, and company operating standards.

Nice to have

• Supervisory experience in the tire industry.
• Tire industry certification.
